At Unhurried, every piece is made to order just for you. This means your order is printed and fulfilled after you place it — no excess stock, no waste.
Processing time All orders are processed within 2–5 business days before shipping. You will receive a tracking number once your order has shipped.
Shipping times by region
- United States: 5–10 business days
- United Kingdom: 7–14 business days
- European Union: 7–14 business days
- Australia: 10–20 business days
Shipping costs Shipping is calculated at checkout based on your location and order weight.
We currently ship to United States, United Kingdom, European Union and Australia. We do not ship to any other countries at this time.
Tracking Once your order ships you will receive an email with your tracking number. Please allow 24–48 hours for tracking information to update.
Delays Occasionally orders may be delayed due to high demand, customs processing, or circumstances outside our control. If your order is significantly delayed please contact us at Shop.unhurried@gmail.com
Lost or damaged orders If your order arrives damaged or is lost in transit please contact us within 14 days of the expected delivery date and we will make it right.
